Kennedy Seaface in Mumbai

Girgaum chowpatty is one the most famous tourist attractions of Mumbai, if you use the local train, you can get down at the 'Churni Road' station on the western line to reach it.

But what's this Kennedy Sea-face in Mumbai?
Well, the Marine Drive or Netaji Subash Chandra Bose Road as it is now known was previously called as Kennedy Sea Face. Phew!
Begun on 18th Dec 1915, it took 5 years to make and in 2010, it will be a 90 years' old!
The only reminiscent of the old Kennedy Sea-face name in Mumbai is left with a lamp post erected to commemorate the construction of the the landmark sea face in mumbai.
Don't miss this lamp post next time you visit it, it's just near the Girgaun chowpatty.

Fish Feeding at Seepz Lake!

During lunch time at the burtling 'SEEPZ', the largest office complex in Mumbai, there is a new trend that's catching up. A lot of office goers after having their own lunch will crowd themselves at Seepz Lake, near Gate no. 5 to feed the fishes in the lakes!

Happy Fish Feeding!

Introduction

Mumbai Unseen is my attempt to bring forward the Mumbai, many people are unaware.

The Mumbai as I see it is not a crowded unclean urban jungle with filth every where. It is a city with a heart and a soul. It may be one of the largest areas of the world but it's also a place where culture and nature are still preserved in all its entirety and viginity.
